Orders

Am I able to cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, you have a cancelation period of 36 business hours to cancel any order placed before your scheduled delivery date. You may contact our helpful Blooms customer service team to do this. Please note, we do not accept cancellations for Next Day or Same Day orders. If a cancelation request is given which is less than our required cancelation period, we can offer a refund providing we have not begun preparation of your order at the time notice is given.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order has been placed, you can contact our helpful customer service team to make changes to any purchase you have placed. You may also change any message, scheduled delivery date or address. Please note, you have no later than 24 hours before your chosen delivery date to make these amendments. If your order is already out for delivery you may not be able to make these changes. However, we will always do our best to fulfil your request.
Alternative Blooms
As we sell what mother earth provides us, a naturally occurring product there might be some variations in appearance. We make every effort to source the exact ingredients, but occasionally our blooms team may require substituting a flower with a similar Flower to the same or more monetary value, colour and style. If we feel the colours are entirely different or due to seasonality a completely different product, our blooms customer service team will contract you immediately prior to your delivery date.
How will you package my flowers?
All of our spectacular blooms will be presented in our contemporary recyclable brown paper delivered directly to you. Don’t worry if this is for a gift, we also have a gift wrap option. They will be wrapped in recyclable coloured craft paper (of your choice), tied with our branded Blooms at London ribbon and gift bag finalised with your own personalised message. All of our flowers will be packed in a water bubble to keep your blooms fresher longer.
How do I care for my beautiful blooms?
Our fabulous blooms team have provided you with specific and general care guidelines for every flower type. Please follow our mini floral encyclopaedia to guarantee you get the maximum satisfaction from your blooms.
Where do you source your flowers from?
Majority of our flowers are sourced directly from the well-known Holland Auctions. However, the more exotic blooms are sourced in more distant regions offering our wonderful customers more of a variation. Lastly, at some points of the year we do source our stunning UK blooms from our highly skilled growers.
Somethings not quite right, what do I do?
All of our flowers are hand-picked and carefully packaged individually to arrive in pristine condition. However, mother earth does work in mysterious ways and our flowers might not be quite up to scratch with meeting our high standards. If an unlikely occurrence was to happen and your flowers have been damaged or considered not fresh, please contact our blooms customer service team within 24 hours of receipt. Any reports after this time frame we cannot be held accountable. Please note we will require photographic evidence of the poor quality or damaged flowers. We will therefore offer a replacement for the damaged flowers, yet if this is not achievable, we will offer a full refund to the purchaser

Delivery

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to central London only. But we will soon be launching our U.K. and European campaigns soon.
Can you leave my delivery in a safe place?
Of course, it would be a blooming pleasure. Simply place your order and specify on your delivery preferences a safe place option if no one is in. This could be either a neighbour or your favourite hiding space.
My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
Please don’t panic, your beautiful blooms will usually arrive between our scheduled delivery hours, 8am-8pm. If you require further assistance, you can contact our Blooms Customer Service team who will check directly with our drivers on the status of your order. Please understand, we are unable to accept the responsibility for our blooms being delivered to the wrong address if you have provided us with the wrong information.

Same day delivery

What products are same day delivery?
We offer a same day delivery option Monday-Saturday up until 2pm. However, we provide naturally occurring products and seasons do change, therefore we offer same day delivery for our seasonal flower only in which you can view this page here.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept majority credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and of course PayPal.

My account

Subscriptions

How do Blooms at London Subscriptions work?
Enjoy every seasonal flower variety with Blooms At London subscriptions and relish in a brand-new bloom experience every week, fortnight or month. Invest in enhancing your home or office with consistently fresh flower arrangements or surprise a loved-one with a regular dose of floral adoration.

We offer four main subscription packages Seasonal Subscription, Bouquet Subscription, Opulence Subscription and Pet safe Subscription.  All in a small, medium and large size, ordered for oneself or a special someone. Can I change my subscription type or size once it’s started?
Please contact our fabulous Blooms customer service team for any alterations to your subscription package, we will do our upmost to accommodate you and your preferred changes.
What is the Pet Safe option?
For our customers who have household companions, we offer a pet-safe subscription package so that you can enjoy your blooms unreservedly with absolutely no concerns about the wellbeing of your beloved pets. We have a highly skilled team whom have researched in depth what is harmful and what is not. Please click here for more information

Returns

Can I return my order?
We are unable to accept returns on our products due to their perishable nature.
