Our same-day delivery zone covers a broad swathe of London, with particular strength in South West London where our physical stores are based:

The Order Cut-Off: 2 pm
The golden rule for same-day delivery is our 2 pm cut-off. Orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Saturday are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2 pm will be scheduled for next-day delivery unless you call us to discuss urgent options.

What Happens After You Order?
- Your order is received by our florists, who hand-pick the freshest available blooms
- Your bouquet is hand-tied and wrapped, with any personal message written by hand
- Delivery is made by our own couriers, who treat every arrangement with care
- You'll receive confirmation once delivery is complete
Can You Send Same-Day Flowers to a Hospital?
Yes — we regularly deliver to hospitals and care homes across London. Before ordering, please check with the ward or nursing staff that flowers are permitted, as some clinical areas have restrictions.
What If Nobody's Home?
Our couriers will attempt delivery and, if nobody answers, will leave the flowers in a safe place (if suitable) or with a neighbour. They'll always leave a card. For high-value or time-sensitive arrangements, we recommend providing a mobile number so we can coordinate delivery.
Tips for a Perfect Same-Day Delivery
- Order as early in the morning as possible for maximum flexibility
- Provide a full address including any flat number or building name
- Add the recipient's phone number in case of access issues
